We usually invest as a GPs in projects. We work to assemble the capital across the stack as required. Our equity partners include RealConnex, institutions, family offices and high net worth investors.  We also deploy the very latest technologies to secure accredited investors.

Prior to each investment, the risk is carefully assessed. All projects aim to minimize risk over the period of the project through a rigorous up-front pre-commitment risk elevation exercise. Risks are identified, researched and eliminated to the extent possible. Prior to execution, an internal risk evaluation process is completed and graded from 1 to 10. This risk assessment is undertaken at every stage of the project. We target a low to moderate risk grade between 1 and 6 as we aim for prudent and considered investment decisions.
